I talk with Jess Kroon, mountain biking guide and co-owner of MTB Verbier. Jess' story is one of passion and love, where following her instincts and her heart leads her to a lifelong career in the outdoor recreational industry. She shared with us how even after 17 years she still gets excited to show her clients the beauty that surrounds her home trails; the challenges there are growing old in this job; what stereotypes she's faced in this male-dominated sport; and some great advice for anyone considering mountain bike guiding.
